I am unable to access my Big4 report(s)?

1. Most likely your index file is
    corrupted.
2. To reindex your file, go to option
   Tools.
3. Select Maintenance, Reindex.
4. Then select the report that you
    wanted to reindex.

5. ISS will prompt if you want to
    reindex the Report. Select OK
    option.
