How do I load data into ISS Sentinnel table?

1. Select a recovery transaction from
    the Big4 report.
2. Select an option from the
    Sentinel pull down list.
3. Click on the Recovery transaction
    option.

4. Select a related item, then follow
    step 2 above.
5. Click on the Related transaction
    option.
6. To view the recovery and related
    transaction, click on the Sentinel
    button.

7. Make the necessary changes, then
    click the LOAD button.
