Frequently Asked Questions

 How do I remove duplicated or unwanted records from my labeling list?

1. Click on the No Dups
    pull dow list.
2. Select the option you want
    for removing the duplicated records.

Notes: It is recommended that you start at option 1, then go down the list. On the sample on the right, option number 1 is selected.
3. After clicking option 1, records
    with duplicated name, adress1,
    address2, address3, city
    and state are listed.
4. If you decided to remove one of
    the duplicated records, just click
    on the check box of the Temp
    column.

Notes: You might want to click on the white record, because the yellow record is the most currented one.
After you click a record, it will disappear. You have just placed a check mark in the Temp column.
5. After you finished the list (1 to 8),
    click the Reset button to go back
    to labels file. You can verify your
    work by scrolling down the labels
    or by filtering the checked records.
6. To update these records with an
    "X", click on UPDATE STATUS FIELD
